Our story
We started Hive & Co at Glebe Markets in 2022. A card table, six jars, and no idea what we were doing. Two seasons later we'd sold out every week and people were asking for wholesale orders.
Our honey comes from a small network of independent beekeepers across NSW — people who've been managing hives for decades and care deeply about the land and the bees. We visit every producer. We taste every batch before it goes into a jar.
We're now online and shipping across Australia. The plan is to get into a few good food stores and eventually find our way to the UK market, where Australian Manuka is starting to make noise.
